All LIVE calls will take place as part of the Vibrant Feminine Vortex & as a Structure & Flow student you receive access to all of those from April - end of June 2023! 

I like to vary the times of calls so that people from different time zones are able to hopefully at least make some live. For April the calls vary between Monday early afternoon EDT & Thursday afternoon EDT. Depending on who joins, I'm always happy to make adjustments to call times to support more people as needed!

Of course, if you can't make it you'll receive the recording within 24 hours (unless I'm somewhere with terrible upload speeds then it may take a bit longer 😆).

This is a 7 module, pre-recorded program.

There are templates, workbooks, video recordings, meditations and more. I've done my best to cater to various learning types so that you'll be able to take away the main subject of each module and implement it in your own way.

I'd recommend setting aside at least 1 hour for course work each week as well as 1 hour for implementation.

If you want to go faster - add more time! If you'd like to take it slower you're welcome to do that as well! 

I've seen students work on this for 2 hours/day only on Saturday's & Sunday's with great success and I've also seen new mom's find small 15 minute increments throughout the week to build their business.

This part is really up to your preference for speed which I can't dictate for you as its your business 🙌
